Questions and Answers

Is it easy to assemble my trampoline ?

Yes, it is easy. No tools are required to build the trampoline and it will take about half an hour.

To erect the net one requires a screwdriver and a spanner and this can take an hour. However, for the new JumpPod range of trampolines, the net is integrated into the trampoline, and therefore it is easier to erect.

Can my trampoline really be left outside all year round?

Yes. Our trampolines are made from galvanised steel and will not rust. However you may like to follow these helpful guidelines:

  1. Use a 'Kit de fixation' if you are worried that it is in an exposed position and may be carried away by high winds. (I think there should be an explanation of what is the 'kit de fixation' and where one can get it/link to accessories)
  2. In winter, Clear away large amounts of snow from the trampoline if there is a danger that the weight of snow will stretch the springs.
  3. Remove the padding from the trampoline and securely tighten your cover in high winds.

Where can I get replacement parts?

We sell parts for all our products.

Why do you not supply rectangular trampolines?

We consider security to be the most important feature of our trampolines. Round trampolines help to recentralise the jumper each time and one is able to attach a security net. Whereas a rectangular trampoline is more for competitive level and one is not able to attach a security net.

Can I dig my trampoline into the ground?

Yes, you will need a hole at least 90 cm deep and ensure it is drained properly.

How much space should I leave around my trampoline?

A minimum of 7.3m overhead clearance is required. Adequate horizontal clearance of at least 70cm all around the trampoline should be kept clear of all hazards, including fencing, tree branches, toys and other structures.

Do the trampolines comply with safety standards?

All our trampolines meet or exceed both the US and EU safety standards. You should supervise their use in the same way you would supervise climbing frames or bicycles.
